University of Technology Sydney Student Tour

Discovering a state-of-the-art industrial precinct

99 University of Technology Sydney students took a behind-the-scenes tour of Charter Hall’s Light Horse Logistics Hub.

“This was a truly immersive opportunity – gauging the scale and complexity of the site while gaining practical insights into university theory,” said Ayva Gibbs, Building Cadet at RCC.

We’re committed to advancing the industry by developing the pipeline of future industry leaders. Thanks to tour guides Andre Kisso, Mitchell Kay and Rick Montefor showcasing the 43,310sqm warehouse and distribution centre.

Exploring the drivers of residential affordability 

Hosted by Colliers, Grant D’Arcy, General Manager – Sydney and Major Projects, formed part of an esteemed panel of experts discussing the pressing challenges in the residential market.  

Grant brought valuable insights to the forum, focusing on the complexities of delivery, costs, planning hurdles and the impact of escalation on feasibilities. Alongside Yvette Carr, Andrew Cooper, David Robers, Joanne Henderson and other industry leaders, Grant’s expertise contributed to a powerful conversation on how we can navigate these issues and drive forward innovative solutions in this evolving market. His contribution reinforced the importance of forward-thinking strategies in addressing today’s housing challenges.  

ELEVATE funded by NSW Government Women in Construction Program

Celebrating high-performing women.

Our ELEVATE program (Empowerment and Leadership Enhancement for Women’s Advancement through Education) is one of thirteen funding recipients who received a share in $2.2 million in grant funding under Year 2 of the NSW Government Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program (IIP).

The NSW Government is investing $20.2 million in the Women in Construction Program over three years. The IIP is one of four priority actions for the Program and was established to fund innovative ideas within industry to support the creation of inclusive workplace cultures, attract and retain women to the construction sector, support female employees and women in leadership roles.

Suntory Oceania Multi-Beverage Facility Stage 1 Complete

17-hectare manufacturing facility in Queensland

We’ve successfully partnered with Suntory Oceania to deliver their first multi-beverage facility in the region. This facility is the largest single FMCG investment into Australia in the last decade and will produce up to 20 million cases per annum.

Over 3,360 people contributed more than 924,000 working hours building the fully automated 17-hectare greenfield site.

The building has sustainability at its heart with 7,000 solar panels measuring 14 kilometers, water treatment facilities and a biomass boiler.

Sage by Moran Complete

Delivering a new standard for luxury independent living

Sage by Moran is now complete.

Offering panoramic views of Cronulla, the eight-storey building contains 37 premium residences. Five-star amenities include a rooftop club and bar, cinema, fitness centre and art studio terrace.

Sage by Moran’s biophilic design elevates residents’ wellbeing and relaxation, with communal spaces promoting social connection.

Wee Hur Regent Street Complete 

Delivering 408 student beds in the heart of Sydney 

In partnership with AJC and Wee Hur, we’ve delivered Wee Hur Regent Street – a purpose-built 18-storey, 408-bed student accommodation development in Redfern. 

The building offers room configurations including private and shared studios. Student connection and wellbeing were key drivers, with extensive amenities including the Level 2 terrace. Original fixtures were salvaged and restored to preserve the history of the site.

This achievement is an exceptional endorsement for our team’s student accommodation building capabilities. 

Sirius Now Complete 

Contributing to Sydney’s cityscape through sustainable urban redevelopment. 

The transformation of the iconic Sirius building is now complete.

“On a civic scale, Sirius prioritises reconnection with the site and local community by carefully stitching the building back into its urban context, surrounding streets and pedestrian pathways of The Rocks,” said Peter Titmuss, Principal at BVN.

The major revival of this significant Brutalist structure was done in close collaboration with BVN, SCP, JDH Capital and Dedico Development Services. 

Congratulations to our project team and subcontractors who realised this landmark adaptive reuse project that is revitalising The Rocks district of Sydney Harbour.

    Working with Bell Architecture, we delivered a 66,000sqm warehouse and distribution centre designed to support the automated facility’s unique requirements.

    In partnership with Boris Design, the mixed-use facility’s design offers commercial tenants flexible space applications.
  • Project Field of Dreams
    Together with Frucor Suntory Australia and Beca, we’re delivering a modern beverage manufacturing site.
