Bringing The Falls Estate to life

Setting a new standard for luxury lifestyle apartments.

The Falls Estate is now complete – a luxurious retirement village encompassing 41 independent living units.

Stanley Roth, Director of the Falls Estate, commended the exceptional quality of construction by RCC.  “The quality cannot be faulted,” Roth emphasised, reflecting on the commendations from residents who have begun moving in over the past two weeks. “The RCC personnel overseeing the project were most obliging, and a pleasure to deal with, throughout.

Each of the 9 freestanding 2-storey buildings has been uniquely designed to accommodate challenging topography; sloping sites and sandstone foundations. Connected by a series of breezeways and elevators with wheelchair access, residents can easily access the common areas, amenities and residential buildings cascading down the hillside.

The project transformed the existing semi-rural site while preserving the surrounding 3.4 hectares of native bushland. This biophilic design enables resident wellbeing and relaxation.

  • Smart and sustainable landscaping design initiatives Extensive tree protection and the establishment of woodland management zones safeguarded local biodiversity while minimising disruption to the surrounding ecosystem. Rigorous tree protection measures were implemented to prevent damage during construction activities, including the installation of protective barriers and designated exclusion zones.
  • Preservation of the existing waterfall and historic dam was crucial to the project’s success. Meticulous planning ensured the structural integrity of the dam was safeguarded throughout.
