Suntory Oceania Multi-Beverage Facility Stage 1 Complete

17-hectare manufacturing facility in Queensland

We’ve successfully partnered with Suntory Oceania to deliver their first multi-beverage facility in the region. This facility is the largest single FMCG investment into Australia in the last decade and will produce up to 20 million cases per annum.

Over 3,360 people contributed more than 924,000 working hours building the fully automated 17-hectare greenfield site.

The building has sustainability at its heart with 7,000 solar panels measuring 14 kilometers, water treatment facilities and a biomass boiler.

Congratulations to our dedicated project team and delivery partners.

Wee Hur Regent Street Complete

Delivering 408 student beds in the heart of Sydney

In partnership with AJC and Wee Hur, we’ve delivered Wee Hur Regent Street – a purpose-built 18-storey, 408-bed student accommodation development in Redfern.

The building offers room configurations including private and shared studios. Student connection and wellbeing were key drivers, with extensive amenities including the Level 2 terrace. Original fixtures were salvaged and restored to preserve the history of the site.

This achievement is an exceptional endorsement for our team’s student accommodation building capabilities.

Sirius Now Complete

Contributing to Sydney’s cityscape through sustainable urban redevelopment.

The transformation of the iconic Sirius building is now complete.

“On a civic scale, Sirius prioritises reconnection with the site and local community by carefully stitching the building back into its urban context, surrounding streets and pedestrian pathways of The Rocks,” said Peter Titmuss, Principal at BVN.

The major revival of this significant Brutalist structure was done in close collaboration with BVN, SCP, JDH Capital and Dedico Development Services.

Congratulations to our project team and subcontractors who realised this landmark adaptive reuse project that is revitalising The Rocks district of Sydney Harbour.
