Tempo Drummoyne

Tempo, Drummoyne consists of the design and construction of 164 apartment units in 6 buildings, across 2 levels of shared basement carpark. The project also includes 3 retail tenancies on the ground floor fronting Church Street and 11 commercial tenancies on the ground floor fronting Victoria Road.

Works included the landscaping of two private open space areas to the rear of the building, encompassing communal gathering areas and a BBQ area for residents to meet with neighbours and other occupants within the building.

Practical completion for Tempo was reached in July of 2018.

Breakfast Point Residential Development

Richard Crookes Constructions has been working at the Breakfast Point site since 2006. During this time we have been involved in the design and construction of 1,300 apartment buildings in 20 residential stages using a Design and Construct and GMP Lump Sum contract delivery. All stages include multi-storey basement carparking and extensive landscaping. 
With a one team approach from the onset, our Early Contractor Involvement allowed us to mitigate risks, assist in design, provide innovations and resolve any buildability issues.
RCC worked within a fully operating site, managed traffic, and minimised noise and disruptions to the surrounding Breakfast Point community.
The continuous award of stages is a testament to RCC’s focus on delivering high quality apartments on time and within budget.

Our Newcastle office delivered the project, with a strategic approach  devised for both community consultation and traffic management with the project site to protect the surrounding environment, frequented local businesses including the post office, a hotel and Bowling club.
