The project includes the redevelopment of the former Hirecraft Marine site, with 100 – 150 square meter apartments each equipped with lift access and basement parking. The addition brings a distinctive contemporary design to Lake Macquarie’s stunning waterfront setting.

Public domain works include a through site link (public stairway) from Circular Quay to Macquarie Street.

Tempo, Drummoyne consists of the design and construction of 164 apartment units in 6 buildings, across 2 levels of shared basement carpark. The project also includes 3 retail tenancies on the ground floor fronting Church Street and 11 commercial tenancies on the ground floor fronting Victoria Road.

Works included the landscaping of two private open space areas to the rear of the building, encompassing communal gathering areas and a BBQ area for residents to meet with neighbours and other occupants within the building.

Practical completion for Tempo was reached in July of 2018.
