Yarra Rossa Red Hill

Delivery of 100 high quality independent living units (ILUs) with an integrated club house and wellness centre at the centre of the development. The facilities span nine premium buildings in keeping with the setting in the established suburb of Red Hill.

All residents will have access to the local clubhouse to treat as their own. Additional features include:

Common Ground Dickson

After successfully delivering the first Common Ground in Gungahlin in 2015, RCC have begun construction on the second Common Ground development that will provide an opportunity to increase the supply of affordable housing and free up crisis accommodation, leading to long term sustainable housing, particularly for​ older women in financial crisis and those experiencing family / domestic violence.​

The 6 storey building will consist of 40 affordable and social housing units with a mix of one, two and three bedroom layouts, as well as a cafe, communal green space and social services.​​ The project is designed to provide long-term, high-quality housing options for people on low incomes and those facing chronic homelessness, particularly women, families and children.

Tumut Hospital

The Tumut Hospital redevelopment delivers a fully integrated, modern health service which meets the needs of the local communities in Tumut, Gundagai, Batlow and Adelong now and into the future. Works consist of the construction of a new, single-storey facility on the health service campus just south of the existing hospital buildings.

The new Hospital will offer a variety of services including:

  • Emergency Department
  • Inpatient Unit
  • Birthing Unit
  • Operating Theatre and Day Surgery
  • Wellness Centre including community health; community mental health, community drug and alcohol services; outpatient services such as rehabilitation, specialist clinics, wound care; ambulatory services such as renal dialysis, infusion/transfusion services; space for education and group therapy services

Woden Bus Depot

D&C of a Bus Depot at Phillip to include a bus shelter for 120 buses, an administration building & operations building that contains workshops to service the buses, refuelling station, washing facilities and a car park for the staff.

Scope of work includes:

  • Completion of the design for submission of a development application in accordance with EPSDD requirements.
  • Completion of the diversion of 625mm watermain that provides water to the Woden Valley district and connects two reservoirs.
  • Diversion of the 525mm sewer main that services the Woden Valley and Phillip districts.

MPS Tumbarumba Hospital

The MPS Tumbarumba project includes the construction of a new acute inpatient wing, as well as the refurbishment of the existing high care residential aged care building, a new residential aged care wing, expanded Emergency Department, palliative care facilities, staff accommodation and community health spaces.

The new 2 storey building will provide high quality and accessible health care for the local community including an Emergency Treatment room with 24 hour access to First Aid.

Wagga Wagga Hospital Stage 3 Early Works

The Wagga Wagga Hospital Stage 3 Early Works project involves the demolition of the existing hospital building to make way for a new, sub-acute facility offering rehabilitation, renal dialysis, Breast Screen, community mental health, additional dental care and primary and community health services.

ANU SA6 Student Accommodation

The project consists of two new 8 storey buildings, Bruce Hall and Wright Hall that feature symmetrical representation to create a singular image. The two halls are made up of 800 bed student residences incorporating two fully and self-catered dining halls, communal recreation areas, storage for 800 bicycles, and landscaping. The communal areas include study rooms, theatrette, laundry, common room, landscaped roof terraces and kitchen gardens. The project involved demolition of the existing Bruce Hall building and ground remediation prior to construction commencing.

Each building contains a dining hall located along the edges of University Avenue allowing the students to have a physical and visual connection between the respective halls. Given the historic placement of the existing Bruce Hall Dining facility, the proposed placement provides a historic link to the previous hall and the relationship of the diners to the University Avenue.

Uniting Gerringong

Uniting Gerringong is a new 100 bed RACF and community centre on NSW’s south coast at Uniting Mayflower Village in Gerringong.

It is stage 1 in the overall redevelopment of the village, which renew both the care facilities and the independent living units in the following stages.

The 100 beds is a mixture of 75 single rooms, 10 double rooms and 5 accessible rooms over 5 households from ground to L2.

Each household has 20 beds and shares clinical BOH, community kitchen, dining lounge and sitting rooms along with outside access via balconies or courtyard.

The ground floor household is dedicated memory support with a dedicated stimulus courtyard. The community centre combines a new admin for the village with gym, activity rooms, chapel, hairdresser, treatment rooms and café. Ground floor also contains a single and family suite for the use of visiting family and friends. Basement contains staff facilities and communal BOH facilities for food deliveries, storage, maintenance, waste, clean and dirty linen.
