D&C of a Bus Depot at Phillip to include a bus shelter for 120 buses, an administration building & operations building that contains workshops to service the buses, refuelling station, washing facilities and a car park for the staff.
Scope of work includes:
- Completion of the design for submission of a development application in accordance with EPSDD requirements.
- Completion of the diversion of 625mm watermain that provides water to the Woden Valley district and connects two reservoirs.
- Diversion of the 525mm sewer main that services the Woden Valley and Phillip districts.
