New single-level office block and upgrade of new warehouse and storage space. Construction completed in two stages to maintain Tamex Transport operations during construction. Stage 1 consisted of the new office/warehouse space and Stage 2 included the remainder of office fit-out and construction of storage extension and external pavements.
