The Garmin Distribution Centre project will see the delivery of a new purpose built facility for global tech giant, Garmin within their world class masterplanned industrial precinct in Marsden Park.
The scope of works includes the delivery of a 12,000m2 warehouse combined with 1,200m2 ancillary offices over two storeys. The construction also includes a 11,140m2 hardstand area, 1,413m2 landscaping works and carpark area.
