The purpose built 16,000sqm facility accommodates the storage and distribution of various steel products by tenant Orrcon Steel through the utilisation of multiple overhead crane systems throughout the warehouse facility. Works also consisted of a 700sqm office area, associated landscaping and fit out works.
The new facility will allow Orrcon Steel the capacity to accommodate for their growth plans with increased stock holding, broader product range and improved service offer.
