Full refurbishment of V Building East and West Wings, which included offices, HDR workspaces, meeting rooms, teaching spaces, kitchenettes, amenities, informal learning spaces and collaboration zones.
RCC was engaged on Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and D&C scope as follows:
- Early Works Package 1 – Decontamination and demolition
- Early Works Package 2 – Structural strengthening and new roof and windows
- Main Works – fit-out for office space in existing structure: West Wing (3 levels) and East Wing (level 3)
