The Northern Beaches Business Park (NBBP) Cromer project involves the design and construction of a new multi-unit industrial facility for EG Funds. Consisting of 11 warehouse units across two buildings, refurbishment of the existing office space, stand-alone heritage house and modification of heritage listed 44m ‘Roche’ tower.
Building 1: 5,329 m2 of high clearance structural steel portal frame warehouse divided into 2 tenancies with 9.5m clearance and 400 m2 of mezzanine offices.
Building 2: 9,978 m2 high clearance structural steel portal frame warehouse units divided into 9 tenancies with 9-9.5m clearance and l,350m2 mezzanine offices.
