This project involved the construction of a world class training and administrative facility for the Canberra Raiders new headquarters in Braddon, ACT. Funded by both ACT and NSW Governments, the two-storey building houses amenities, storage areas and a canteen on the ground level, with a function area on the first floor featuring a bar, along with viewing and lounge areas, and associated car parking and landscaping works.

Spanning over 2,237m2, the ground floor features a gymnasium, locker room, equipment store, two players locker room, laundry, showers, toilets, cryo chamber, aquatic recovery, player lounge, player kitchen, drug testing, amenities, doctor’s office, physiotherapy, massage area, hall of fame, reception, entry foyer, circulation, lift and services.

The upper floor includes a collaboration area, CEO room, open meeting room, three interview rooms, control room, utility, two meeting rooms, two collaborative spaces, studio, store room, circulation, breakout room, amenities, boardroom, waiting area, lecture and theatre, services, lift and two football ops over a total area of 1,454m2.
