Bowral Heritage Park comprises 29 villas and two apartment blocks with 8 units in each, a single storey heritage listed residence with double garage and community indoor pool and gymnasium (presently under construction) set amongst seven acres of landscaped gardens. There are 5 single storey villas and 24 two storey villas. There is a combination of single level and two level villas as well as two off two storey apartment buildings each containing 8 single level apartments and an underground basement parking level. The project is on the old Grand Mercure Hotel site along Kangaloon Road and our scope of work included the demolition of the Hotel.
The project had a contract duration of 67 working weeks. Extreme weather conditions required careful planning and re-programming by our team. With over 70 days of inclement weather on the project, it was still completed on time for our client
