Design and construction of a 28 storey PCA A-Grade commercial tower in Parramatta with ground floor retail, end of trip facilities, public domain and laneway works. GPT Group’s vision is to create Parramatta’s smartest building that provides a compelling urban response to the surrounding context and is emblematic of Parramatta’s Smart City Vision. The building was designed to reduce energy and water consumption and was designed to feature a ground level ‘urban room’ event space, an elevated podium terrace with river views and a tree covered sky deck as well as floor to ceiling windows to optimise natural light.
32 Smith Street features:
- 6D BIM, building data visualisation and integration with the Comfy App utilised on the project
- Car parking for 113 vehicles as well as end of trip facilities for 132 bicycles
- Public domain improvement including two new laneway links known as James Lane to the east and William Lane to the south, and enhancements to Phillip and Smith Streets
