FRAGTC Redbank Distribution Centre

Design & construction of a 66,000sqm state of the art temperature controlled automated highbay warehouse and distribution centre, including a three-storey administration office and vehicle maintenance facilities, 9,200sqm of awning area, and generous car and truck parking area.

This facility will utilise low energy led lighting, solar power generation and 180,000 litres of rainwater storage capacity to reduce water use on site.

My Space Development, Burleigh Heads

Project consists of works to redevelop an existing site into a mixed usage commercial site comprising 47 self storage units, warehousing and workshop facilities. Each warehouse is intentionally versatile, from the combination of roller doors and professional entrance, through to the flexibility of the mezzanine office space.
