They are experienced at pricing projects in all sectors, of all sizes and building types; and all forms of delivery from Construction Only (GMP or Lump Sum), Design and Construct, Managing Contractor and Construction Management, as well as all building types.
RCC maintains strong relationships with its subcontractors, which helps our estimators achieve competitive trade pricing. The Estimating team also maintains a detailed database of all project costs, which is updated with the latest market information.
