RCC spent the day on the high seas (in Sydney Harbour) for the 2018 Staff Dragon Boat Challenge!

As part of both our Staff Appreciation and Health & Wellbeing programs, the Dragon Boat challenge was a big success with great weather and plenty of healthy competition between the teams!

We spent a sunny Friday afternoon mastering the art of Dragon Boating before the ultimate 3 race regatta! Competition was fierce and backed up by some impressive team outfits. The winners were in fact grinners, with the formidable RCC All-Sorts team taking home the trophy on the day! It seems that the combination of team bonding and athletic fun was a pretty good conciliation prize for those who missed out on the glory.

Post-race celebrations saw the start of 2019 strategy discussions so we have no doubt that next year, both the competition and fancy dress will be fierce!
