Renovation of the existing Powerhouse Hotel entry and reception areas, main bar, restaurant and function centre. The Hotel remained fully operational throughout the 30-week construction period. RCC provided design and buildability input, and split selected trade packages to ensure successful delivery within a tight timeframe.
