Scope includes:
- Construction of concrete and steel structure: screw pile foundations, concrete slab on ground, post tension suspended slab and conventional mezzanine/office slabs with steel roof structure
- External façade combination of curtain wall, precast panels and CFC cladding with architectural fins
- 29 x warehouse units all complete with individual kitchenettes, bathrooms and dedicated office areas. All warehouses have both roller door and pedestrian access
- 74 x Self Storage units ranging from 20m2-120m2
