This final stage was the biggest, and incorporated a sports hall, full catering kitchen, a chapel, a sports field and extensive landscaping. The kitchen space is used as a full commercial kitchen for catering, as well as a training facility. Air conditioning made possible by the underground works in stage two was finalised.
