New high school amenities for Stage 2 of the Great Lakes College were designed and constructed to produce a variety of projects including a multi-purpose hall, playing fields, four new games courts, new carpark, council road, council footpath, landscaping and associated site works and services. This project also includes seven high school buildings consisting of two storey and single storey brick veneer or metal framed and clad construction.
