Kurraba Residences has won Best Medium Density Development at the Urban Developer Awards, and Goulburn Police Academy at Master Builders Association’s Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards.  

In partnership with Thirdi, RCC delivered this luxury development on Sydney Harbour. Designed by SJB Architects, Dangar Barin Smith and Mathieson Architects, Kurraba’s 24 luxurious apartments were delivered to enjoy our client’s satisfaction: “We work very hard in the industry to deliver the absolute best. Designed by Hayball Architects, the upgraded facility responds to NSW Police’s evolving working and living condition requirements – future-proofing their capacity to train the highest calibre of recruits.
