Revitalising a historic location in Sydney’s East
“We truly believe this project will transform Oxford Street and be a catalyst in restoring Paddington to one of Australia’s leading leisure and lifestyle precincts,” said Nathan Chivas, Managing Director at Central Element.
The adaptive reuse of the historic location into Australia’s first 25hours 109-key hotel and entertainment venue will significantly contribute to the uplift of Sydney’s East. The original building was the site of Marshall’s Paddington Brewery before being replaced by West’s Olympia Pictures in 1911.
Guests at Oxford Street Paddington will enjoy premium amenities including a rooftop bar, restaurants, live music facilities and ground floor retail. Developed for Ennismore in collaboration with TZG, Central Element, Boston Global Group, 24 hours hotel, BGE Engineering, Woods Bagot, Indykia and Accor.
