With over 20 years’ experience in transformational change, Tamara shared her career, with a focus on ‘failing up’, showing others that it’s the challenges and failures where you learn the most. The honest and authentic discussion that followed, with other women also sharing their stories was inspiring. Tamara shared her experience of leading with authentic compassion. As she says, “People don’t care what you know until they know that you care.”
