D&C project delivery comprising demolition of the existing bini-dome structure and construction of a new multi-purpose building including multi-use hall and theatre space, performing and dance studios, gymnasium and fitness room, and bathroom and change-room facilities. Works also included associated landscaping of the site of the old bini-dome and new outdoor games courts.
