RCC breathes new life into this Sydney icon. The restoration, conservation and fitout of the heritage listed Balmoral Bathers Pavilion was the replication and replacement of defective elements such as windows, doors and stairs throughout the building. The restaurant’s premium fitout was designed to retain the heritage feel of the old building with exposed wooden beams contrasting with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. The restoration included an 80 seat cafe, 100 seat function room and restaurant.
