The Allied Pickford Industrial project is located one of Canberra’s first masterplanned industrial estates and will set a new benchmark for quality industrial development in the ACT. Works included the Design and construction of two warehouses with office space – Warehouse A consists of an office, Mezzanine & associated heavy duty, medium duty and light duty pavements.
Warehouse B includes associated medium duty & light duty pavements. The facility has been designed to accommodate the storage of homepack modules (in accordance with Warehouse B Fitout Plan APB-HC-DA-02 A) to optimise operational efficiencies whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
