UniLodge Kensington’s new 10-storey, 643-bed development delivers 4,000sqm of purpose-built student accommodation in Sydney’s university precinct.
Walking distance from the University of NSW and University of Sydney, the building offers room configurations including private studios and 7 to 8-bedroom apartments. Student connection and wellbeing were key drivers supported by extensive amenities.
Our project team was engaged to de-risk and finalise the design during Early Contractor Involvement. A rigorous noise and vibration monitoring strategy was implemented, specifically targeting the requirements of Sydney Light Rail.
