Building C includes 4155m2 of commercial retail GFA including an internal retail arcade with 80 retail customer car parking spaces and a delivery loading dock with 3 MRV spaces. RCC are co-ordinating with the retail tenancy fitout consultants to facilitate fitout, occupation and to ensure early handover to retail tenancies.

The Ashmore Precinct has been classified as one of the biggest urban renewal sites within the City of Sydney and has been the subject of extensive master planning.
