Twin commercial towers drive economic growth in Southwest Sydney
Delivered in 2 stages, TRN House and 3 Fordham Way are PCA A-Grade commercial buildings in Oran Park Town Centre.
Flexible building floorplates were achieved for large and small-scale tenant use. This was made possible through onsite walk-throughs which allowed key stakeholders to test commercial spaces and provide valuable input into the design finalisation.
Both six-storey developments include three levels of basement carparking, rooftop terrace, a glass atrium and glazed lift towers to all floors. TRN House and 3 Fordham Way are connected via a landscaped courtyard.
