An industrial development of epic proportions, Goodman’s purpose-built 33,680sqm Oakdale West Industrial Estate in Kemps Creek has been designed for efficiency, sustainability and growth.
The modern facility’s design delivers much needed parcel processing, pick-up and delivery, transport and linehaul options to meet escalating parcel delivery demands driven by the burgeoning e-commerce sector. It can process up to 200,000 parcels per day, with the addition of a small parcel sorter that can double daily capacity to 400,000 parcels.
The building features a robust sustainability framework with 1,500kW of rooftop solar panels contributing to an estimated annual carbon emission reduction of 1,680 tonnes, electric vehicle charging stations, rainwater tanks for grey water collection and drip irrigation systems for native landscaping.
