Forward-thinking learning spaces
The new Monte Scientia building provides students with world-class facilities, including modern laboratories, multi-disciplinary sports courts and flexible learning spaces. The building showcases a bespoke façade designed to complement the heritage-listed site.
Delivered in an operational school environment, meticulous planning and stakeholder engagement ensured the safety of students and teachers, and supported school activities. A comprehensive site establishment plan managed risks and challenges associated with the constrained site and sensitive surroundings.
Feedback was encouraged from students to ensure a vibrant learning environment was delivered. Our ‘Building a Better Industry Together Program’ was also implemented to promote career paths and opportunities in the construction industry.
