5 Star Green Star infrastructure delivers 141 classrooms in Sydney’s northwest
Transforming a 6-hectare greenfield site into an integrated education hub, comprising a high school for 2,000 students and a primary school for 1,000 students.
The three-storey schools include a combined 141 learning spaces, 6 support learning units, administrative areas, a hall, library and sporting facilities.
A robust sustainability framework, including a sustainable stormwater management system and waterproofing strategy, achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating.
Melonba Education Campus was successfully handed over in time for Day 1, Term 1 2025.
