RCC successfully delivered 265 beds during Phase 1 of the Iglu Redfern Student Accommodation development in 2018. Phase 2 delivered a new tower to accommodate 265 students in a range of studio and shared apartments located over 16 floors.
The ground floor level will include retail and commercial space to provide an active frontage to Regent Street and Marian Street. Resident communal facilities will be located on Level 1 and link to the existing communal facilities in Iglu Redfern.
