Design and construction of a new GWA Innovation and Distribution Facility designed to be utilised as a distribution centre for Caroma Bathroom Products to accommodate both office and warehouse workers in the same location.
The new 30,000m2 warehouse consists of the following:
- Laboratory with an R&D / NATA testing facilities; as well as Acoustic Treatment, Water Recycling and CNC machinery areas (1,695m2);
- Battery recharge area;
- Modernised main office;
- Loading dock office;
- Gate house;
- Hardstand area (9,345m2); and
- Staff/visitor carpark for 127 vehicles (3,457m2)
