This award-winning project repositioned a former gasworks site into a 52-hectare masterplanned community at Breakfast Point.
This precinct created 1,300 residences, as well as a country club, village centre retail precinct and meeting hall. Composition included single-dwellings to nine-storey apartment complexes.
One of the largest urban renewal communities in Australia, Rose Property Group engaged RCC to transform the city-making precinct across 20 stages.
Minimising disruption in a live environment, advanced planning and constant communication was crucial to ensure safe delivery.
