Australian-first integration of education, innovation and sustainability
This world-class development represents an Australian-first integration of A-Grade commercial, retail and education spaces. Certified – 6 Star Green Star and GOLD WELL rating.
Delivered in an operational environment, the 19-level hub is built around future-ready technology-enabled core. Scope includes integrated fit-out for WSU, a triple-height entry precinct, retail plaza, robotics lab and public exhibition spaces.
6 Hassall Street was located adjacent to Parramatta’s main road and a major public transport gateway. Accordingly, a comprehensive traffic control plan was implemented.
