H&M Distribution Centre, Marsden Park

Design and construction of a 27,336m2 commercial warehouse, consisting of a 1,011m2 double story office space, car parking, hardstand and landscaping areas for tenant H&M.

RCC delivered all associated road and infrastructure works which required significant planning and staging to eliminate disruptions and/or delays to any surrounding operational buildings. The access road with services was delivered ready for use by tenants at operational stage.

Woden Bus Depot

D&C of a Bus Depot at Phillip to include a bus shelter for 120 buses, an administration building & operations building that contains workshops to service the buses, refuelling station, washing facilities and a car park for the staff.

Scope of work includes:

  • Completion of the design for submission of a development application in accordance with EPSDD requirements.
  • Completion of the diversion of 625mm watermain that provides water to the Woden Valley district and connects two reservoirs.
  • Diversion of the 525mm sewer main that services the Woden Valley and Phillip districts.

Greater Sydney Helicopter Medical Facility

Design and construction of a facility suitable for single aircraft aeromedical retrieval operations at Illawarra Airport. The facility is owned and tenanted by Toll Helicopters and jointly operated in a partnership with NSW Ambulance Service.

Key features include:

  • Aircraft maintenance facilities & hangar facilities suitable to operate an aeromedical retrieval helicopter (specially equipped AW139)
  • Heated floors for the Helicopter to enable emergency take off
  • 6 x bedrooms / ensuites for permanently based medical staff, operations rooms, meeting rooms, offices and breakout space
  • External concrete pavement connecting hangar to taxiway

Orrcon Steel, Marsden Park

The purpose built 16,000sqm facility accommodates the storage and distribution of various steel products by tenant Orrcon Steel through the utilisation of multiple overhead crane systems throughout the warehouse facility. The new facility will allow Orrcon Steel the capacity to accommodate for their growth plans with increased stock holding, broader product range and improved service offer.
