The Northern Beaches Business Park (NBBP) Cromer project involves the design and construction of a new multi-unit industrial facility for EG Funds. Bankstown Airport Lot 2

Design & Construction of Lot 2 at the new Altitude Estate at Bankstown Airport South West Precinct for Altis Property Partners (Developed on behalf of Sydney Metro Airports). RCC successfully delivered Lot 1 of the Precinct in early 2021.

Lot 2 works delivers two warehouses, with warehouse 1 comprising a total GFA of 22,094m2 with a two-storey office, two-storey dock office and specialist’s fitout requirements for dangerous goods. The second warehouse is a spec facility with a total GFA of 12,910m2 and features a two-storey office.
