Goodman Australia Post

Delivery of a 34,000m2 parcel processing facility, consisting of a delivery centre, an extensive conveyor and sortation system and 8,800m2 Mezzanine office level for tenant Australia Post. The facility will incorporate a high level of Beumer automation system, that has the capability to process up to 450,000 parcels per day.

The building has been designed to suit specific user requirements with sustainable design initiatives incorporated including drought-resistant landscaping, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and 5 per cent of parking dedicated to electric vehicles, LED lighting and recycling facilities.

Tamworth Agricultural Institute

Bankstown Airport Lot 4B

The Bankstown Airport Lot 4B project is the fifth lot delivered by Altis Property Partners and RCC on the Altitude Estate, Bankstown Airport Site. RCC was awarded the contract following the successful delivery of Lots 1 and 2.

Works involved the design and construction of a new building comprising 13,555m2 of state-of-the art warehouse space, attached 960m2 two storey office spaces, amenities and services and external works.  Associated external works included, but not limited to, water, sewer, stormwater, telecommunications and electrical infrastructure works including all connections and services diversions.

Woolworths Moorebank Regional Distribution Centre

The Woolworths Moorebank Regional Distribution Centre (MoRDC) project includes the design and construction of a new 71,790m2 automated warehouse facility. The MoRDC facility will use next generation automation including an automated high bay ASRS, case buffers, and robot palletisation that will deliver pallets directly to the stores.

Works include truck wash and maintenance facilities, MHE and battery charging facilities, Main Office, Staff Canteen, Transport Office, Driver Amenities, Gate House as well as an interconnecting conveyor and pedestrian airbridge connecting MoRDC to the National Woolworths Distribution Centre being delivered concurrently by RCC.

Woolworths Moorebank National Distribution Centre

The Woolworths Moorebank National Distribution Centre (MoNDC) project includes the design and construction of a new 66,600m2 semi-automated warehouse with fully automated terminal and precinct.

The MoNDC project will utilise cutting-edge automation to build tailored pallets for specific aisles in individual stores, helping the group improve on-shelf product availability with faster restocking, reducing congestion in stores, and enabling a safer work environment for its teams with less manual handling. This is the first of multiple distribution centres Woolworths has in the pipeline that will provide improved product quality, an expanded range and better availability as the site’s cutting-edge technology allows for faster, safer and more efficient deliveries to stores year-round.

Sydney Business Park ASICS

Design and Construction of a high-quality warehouse for end-user Asics. RCC worked closely with Sydney Business Park and Asics for a seamless fit out integration that reflected the Asics brand and reflected both the interior and exterior finishes to achieve the required design.

The project includes the construction of a 24,965m² warehouse, 2-level main office 3,800m² and dock office 200m², 1,500m² retail showroom, a 4,500m² specialised private sporting field and external works consisting of hardstand pavements, light duty pavement to carpark with fire brigade access.
