CADET PROGRAM

Designed as a pathway into the construction industry, the RCC two-year cadet program gives you experience across the many facets of our business.

Given the diverse nature of RCC projects, you will complete three foundation rotations – Site Engineering, Site Supervision and Commercial – whilst also having the chance to join an elective rotation from other integral construction disciplines such as:

• Safety
• Design management
• Estimating

Upon completing the cadet program your journey with RCC can continue, with many opportunities to transition into your desired discipline.
