Transforming a greenfield site into a purpose-built 640-bed correctional facility accommodating multi-classified male and female inmates.
Comprising 34 individual buildings, amenities include a kitchen and stores building, staff and visitor facilities, transport response unit and educational spaces.
Meticulous zoning considerations and stakeholder management were critical to success – ensuring the needs of security and prisoner cohorts. Advanced sequencing ensured the seamless integration of electronic surveillance systems, while meeting the challenges of extreme weather conditions of the region.
