Supporting the next generation of NSW Police
The redeveloped Goulburn Police Academy delivers modern 180-bed living quarters and training facilities designed to enhance critical learning outcomes, including a virtual weapon training facility, lecture theatres and scenario villages.
Optimised construction strategies reduced the program by six weeks, despite being delivered in an operational environment. This included advanced sequencing to restore and construct the landscape simultaneously, and use of prefabricated bathroom pods and precast concrete.
Meticulous stakeholder management ensured the safety of more than 1,000 pedestrians accessing the site daily, enabling the Academy to operate safely throughout construction.
