World-class hotel, hospitality and conference centre
The first five-star hotel in Penrith comprises a 1,250sqm multi-purpose conference centre catering for up to 1,000 guests, and the Marriot’s 153-key Pullman Hotel, including cafe, wellness centre and restaurant.
Featuring a bespoke glass façade reflecting the form of the Nepean River, this new conference centre uplifts the Panthers Leisure and Entertainment Precinct, and sets a new benchmark for luxury. It provides visitors with a range of diverse experiences, and was delivered in partnership with the NSW Government, which committed $26 million, and the Penrith Rugby League Club.
A successful local procurement strategy generated more than 2,100 jobs by engaging local trades and contractors to deliver this large-scale project, which integrated with two-storey basement works.
