Award-winning residential development on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Delivered for Thirdi Group, 24 premium residences spread across six-storeys.
The residential development mirrors the surrounding 1920s heritage architecture with handmade terracotta bricks, with its façade featuring curved operable low-reflectivity sliding glass doors and metal balustrades. Spanning 430sqm, the two-storey penthouse offers private amenities including a custom wine cellar, lift, infinity pool and million-dollar interiors.
Built for longevity against natural elements, all materials, systems and finishes were carefully engineered to ensure suitability given its close proximity to the harbour.
