The heritage-listed City Tattersalls Club will be transformed into Sydney House, consisting of a 6-storey heritage podium, which will be seamlessly integrated with the new 50-storey tower.
The completed tower will incorporate a 135-key hotel and 241 residential apartments, achieving an optimal balance of adaptive reuse and heritage conservation.
