Three existing warehouses consolidated into one state-of-the-art national distribution centre to deliver flexibility and adaptability for future technologies. 

Winner – Industrial Development of the Year, UDIA for Industry Excellence. The building achieved a 4-Star Green Star Certification.  

An efficiently designed floorplan reduced the number of internal columns by close to half by introducing transfer beams for every second frame. The 30,000sqm high-density facility houses future-proofed technology, with a 37m tall high-bay operating an Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) across 70 per cent of the building.  

The ribbon-style facade breaks down the overall height elements. Internal configuration provides fluid and safe access of vehicle and pedestrian movement, as well as workflow of product automation.
