This purpose-built Integrated Mental Health Complex (IMHC) will deliver world-class care with co-located mental health services. The new complex will be integrated with Westmead Hospital Precinct via a double-height bridge.
Set in a complex, high-density live environment, the ten-level building will feature 284 acute, sub-acute and non-acute mental health beds, intensive care and high dependency units, multidisciplinary ambulatory and outpatient services and short stay carparking.
The IMHC is poised to be one of the tallest integrated mental health facilities globally, with stakeholder collaboration driving its successful design and delivery.
