Positioned in Sydney’s most iconic precinct, Opera Residences is a 19-storey luxury waterfront complex, consisting of 104 residential apartments with high-end finishes and a range of amenities, including a pool and gym.

The latest technology was used to deliver the ground-breaking façade, enabling multiple layers of glass to be bent without noticeable distortion and ensuring the development integrated seamlessly with neighbouring buildings.

Advanced site logistics and planning overcame logistical challenges associated with delivering this large-scale project within the constrained and busy precinct. This enabled the project to be managed efficiently, while ensuring materials were onsite as required and surrounding businesses were not disrupted.
